  1. Agreement & Policies<\/b><\/span><\/h4>
    1. Booking & Confirmation<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

    All project bookings are officially confirmed only after the client agrees to the studio\u2019s professional policies and terms of service.<\/span><\/p>

    2. Project Timeline & Scheduling<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

    • Shoot Schedule:<\/b> Timing will be finalized during the booking phase. Any extension beyond the agreed hours will be subject to additional charges.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Punctuality:<\/b> To ensure maximum output, the schedule must be strictly followed. Delays from the client side may reduce the actual shooting time.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Payment Structure<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

      • Retainer:<\/b> A 50% advance payment<\/b> is required to secure the date and initiate pre-production.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Final Settlement:<\/b> The remaining 50% balance<\/b> must be cleared on the final day of the assignment\/event.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Invoicing:<\/b> Official invoices will be provided for all transactions.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Intellectual Property & Privacy<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

        • Client Privacy:<\/b> We prioritize the confidentiality of corporate data and internal events.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Promotional Use:<\/b> FAIZI STUDIO reserves the right to use selected media for portfolio and promotional purposes (Website\/LinkedIn) only<\/b> if prior consent is granted by the client.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Non-Disclosure:<\/b> If the project is sensitive\/confidential, a separate NDA can be signed.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

          • Notice Period:<\/b> Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days prior<\/b> to the scheduled shoot for a full refund.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Late Cancellation:<\/b> Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the event will result in a non-refundable<\/b> advance payment.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Technical Liability:<\/b> In the rare event of data loss due to technical failure, the studio\u2019s liability is limited to a 100% refund<\/b> of the paid amount.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Logistics (Out-of-City Assignments)<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

            • Travel Fees:<\/b> Assignments outside the primary city will incur additional charges based on distance.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Expenses:<\/b> Travel, business-standard accommodation, and related logistics are to be arranged or reimbursed by the client.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Post-Production & Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

              • Turnaround Time:<\/b> Final edited assets (Photos\/Videos) will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Dependency:<\/b> The delivery clock starts once the client provides the final selection of raw files and any required branding assets (Logos\/Briefs).<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Additional Service Charges<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

                • Overtime:<\/b> A rate of SAR 1,000 per hour<\/b> applies if the production exceeds the contracted duration.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • Scope Creep:<\/b> Any additional requirements outside the initial brief will be quoted separately.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. On-Site Policy<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

                  • Location:<\/b> FAIZI STUDIO operates as an on-site production unit. All shoots are conducted at locations provided or arranged by the client (Offices, Factories, or External Venues).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • Conduct:<\/b> We maintain a professional work environment. Any form of harassment or professional misconduct towards our team will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    10. Data Retention & Liability<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

                    • Storage:<\/b> If final payment is delayed for more than 30 days<\/b>, the studio reserves the right to permanently delete the project data.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • Performance:<\/b> The studio is not responsible for the quality of work affected by mismanagement, lack of access, or environmental factors at the client\u2019s provided location.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
