CLIENT POLICY

  1. Agreement & Policies

    1. Booking & Confirmation

    All project bookings are officially confirmed only after the client agrees to the studio’s professional policies and terms of service.

    2. Project Timeline & Scheduling
    • Shoot Schedule: Timing will be finalized during the booking phase. Any extension beyond the agreed hours will be subject to additional charges.

    • Punctuality: To ensure maximum output, the schedule must be strictly followed. Delays from the client side may reduce the actual shooting time.

    3. Payment Structure
    • Retainer: A 50% advance payment is required to secure the date and initiate pre-production.

    • Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared on the final day of the assignment/event.

    • Invoicing: Official invoices will be provided for all transactions.

    4. Intellectual Property & Privacy
    • Client Privacy: We prioritize the confidentiality of corporate data and internal events.

    • Promotional Use: FAIZI STUDIO reserves the right to use selected media for portfolio and promotional purposes (Website/LinkedIn) only if prior consent is granted by the client.

    • Non-Disclosure: If the project is sensitive/confidential, a separate NDA can be signed.

    5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Notice Period: Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot for a full refund.

    • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the event will result in a non-refundable advance payment.

    • Technical Liability: In the rare event of data loss due to technical failure, the studio’s liability is limited to a 100% refund of the paid amount.

    6. Logistics (Out-of-City Assignments)
    • Travel Fees: Assignments outside the primary city will incur additional charges based on distance.

    • Expenses: Travel, business-standard accommodation, and related logistics are to be arranged or reimbursed by the client.

    7. Post-Production & Delivery
    • Turnaround Time: Final edited assets (Photos/Videos) will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

    • Dependency: The delivery clock starts once the client provides the final selection of raw files and any required branding assets (Logos/Briefs).

    8. Additional Service Charges
    • Overtime: A rate of SAR 1,000 per hour applies if the production exceeds the contracted duration.

    • Scope Creep: Any additional requirements outside the initial brief will be quoted separately.

    9. On-Site Policy
    • Location: FAIZI STUDIO operates as an on-site production unit. All shoots are conducted at locations provided or arranged by the client (Offices, Factories, or External Venues).

    • Conduct: We maintain a professional work environment. Any form of harassment or professional misconduct towards our team will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

    10. Data Retention & Liability
    • Storage: If final payment is delayed for more than 30 days, the studio reserves the right to permanently delete the project data.

    • Performance: The studio is not responsible for the quality of work affected by mismanagement, lack of access, or environmental factors at the client’s provided location.
