1. Client Contract

All bookings are confirmed only after agreement to the studio’s policies and terms.

2. Shoot Timing

Shoot timing will be discussed and finalized at the time of booking. Any extra time beyond the agreed schedule will be charged additionally.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment is made in two installments.
• 75% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 25% payment must be cleared on the last day of the event.

4. Privacy Policy

• We respect our clients’ privacy.
• Faizi Photography & Films may use selected images and videos only for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio).

5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
6. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at least one week before the shoot day. In such cases, your payment will be refunded.
   b. If cancellation is made after this period, the advance payment is non-refundable.
   c. In case of data loss due to technical failure, the studio will not be held responsible, and 100% of the payment will be refunded.
7. out-of-City Shoots

• Out-of-city shoots will be charged extra based on distance.
• Travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be provided by the client.

7. Delivery Timeline

• Final albums and videos will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
• Delivery time starts from the day we receive selected photos and music from the client.

8. Extra Time Charges

• An additional charge of PKR 5,000 per hour will apply if the agreed time limit is exceeded.

9. Shooting Duration

• Indoor shoot: Approximately 4 hours
• Outdoor shoot: Approximately 1 hour per location

10. Pre-Event Meeting

• A meetup session with the bride and groom is preferred before the event to discuss ideas and planning.
• Meetings are by appointment only.

11. Location Policy

• We do not offer studio shoots.
• All couple shoots are done at locations provided by the client.

12. Behavior Policy

• Zero tolerance for misbehavior.
• If any guest misbehaves with a team member and it is within the client’s knowledge, the team has the right to leave the event without any repercussions.

13. Liability

• The studio will not be responsible for any mishaps, mismanagement, or confusion caused from the client’s side that may affect the quality of work.

14. Data Retention

• If payment is delayed for more than 2 months, the studio reserves the right to delete the client’s data.
